Q. When can I roughly expect my shipment to arrive?

A. Please keep in mind the following table only serves as a rough estimate and that refrigerated meds (i.e. Pulmozyme, Tobi, etc.) are NEVER sent on a Friday.

Q. I have not received my order. What should I do?
A. At CF Solutions we promise to make every effort to ensure your medications are received in a timely manner. Here are some of the reasons your medication delivery/pick-up may be delayed:

  • The medication you ordered has expired and thus requires your physician to initiate (call in) a refill order to renew the prescription.
  • We have not received a current order from your physician (i.e. hospital discharge orders)
  • The order was never called in. (Legally, CF Solutions CAN NOT automatically renew your order requests at any point. You must place the order.)
  • Your current shipping address has changed since your last medication delivery.
  • Orders that are exclusively PARI nebulizers, PARI fish masks, or enteral formula are shipped on Thursday and should be expected by the following Monday at the latest.

Q. At what point should I contact CF Solutions if I have not received my medications?
A. If you have not received your meds within three days of placing your order, you should call CF Solutions at 918.610.0772. We are equipped with the ability to track your shipments, thereby enabling us to investigate your shipment's current location. NOTE: REGRETTABLY, WE ARE NOT IN A POSITION TO LOCATE YOUR MEDICATIONS OUTSIDE OF OUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS (i.e. weekends or after 5 p.m.).

Q. How will my order request be delivered?
A. This really depends on what was included in your order, yet here is a breakdown of what one should expect.

  • All oral (taken by mouth) medications will be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS), standard mail.
  • All medications that require refrigeration will be shipped United Parcel Service (UPS). (i.e. Tobi/Pulmozyme)
  • All enteral (formula) will be shipped United Parcel Service (UPS).

Q. I will be travelling out of state…can my meds/supplies be shipped to me?

A. No. By law, CF Solutions can ship only to areas located within the state of Oklahoma. For this reason, in the event you are away from home, we encourage you to make appropriate arrangements to ensure the safe receipt of your order. CF Solutions will NOT be held responsible for damaged or expired meds that were delivered, as requested, but left unattended.

Q. Why I am I routinely asked to provide my current address and phone number?
A. Some of the medications are temperature sensitive and require immediate refrigeration. Consequently, we must make every effort to ensure all medications are delivered promptly to a location where they can be handled appropriately. This requires both a current and accurate shipping address and contact information.

Q. What steps do I need to take to return my I.V. or enteral (feeding) pump?
A. This is a great question because delayed pump return WILL result in your medication order being delayed.

The only supplies you will need for pump return are a clean cardboard box, newspaper, and shipping tape. Simply line your cardboard box with wadded-up newspaper roughly half the depth of the box; place the I.V. pump in the center of the box; then fill the rest of the box with more wadded-up newspaper; finally, seal the top and bottom of the box with shipping tape.

Call Brenda at CFS when you're ready to return the I.V. pump. Brenda will then make arrangements for a return label to be sent to you via UPS. When UPS arrives, simply affix the label to the top of your well prepared box and UPS will take it from there.
